I see everyone else had a rude experiance.. the manager shouts and is mega aggressive... like he wants to fight customer for asking for a oat milk coffee? Waited half hr, they organised the line terribly then, I wrote out on Google translate for an ice latte late with oat milk.. then the man made me pay, I waited and recieved a hot coffee. I asked again for the ice coffee politley and tried to hand it back ..with Google translate and he just said no ice.. he should have said before I paid for it then when I tried to say I didn't want a hot coffee or even ask for refund he ignored me... so i left.. tasted the coffee it was awful i threw it in the bin.. then I realised I left my phone there (when I tried to use it to translate) and ran back to find it.. i was distressed other members of public asked what I lost... as I searched around by the side of the till on customer side.. he ignored me.. then eventually after some time handed it back.. he angrily said I should say thank you... and glared at me aggressively.. I was like no, you made me the wrong coffee on purpose made me pay for it then ignored me requesting what I asked for.. then ignored me as i looked for my phone you knew you had? ... merci to you? No you are rude... then I walked away... he continued to stare at me like he would get aggressive or violent? Mega bizzare man.. very bizzare and weird..... he should be fired or written up to HR for the aggression and terrible customer service... I wrote a complaint to...

I wish there was a zero to rate. The lady at the billing counter (tall, dark & chubby) is way beyond being highly rude and zero manners.

I asked her if they take dollars, I showed her 5 dollars and asked for a 1.6euro crossiant. I was just looking if I can buy a coffe along, even before I could say I will pay for coffee in euros she started ranting like 5 dollars not enough. Atleast listen to customer what they are explaining, the cafe was empty as well. Why cant you wait for customers order. Why are you behaving with an attitude as if you own the CDG airport.

I didnt buy since her attitude was as if I cant afford it. This is directly embarrassing and insulting the customer. I hope this girl learns basic basic manners and some patience to listen to customer. Dont order customers to buy what you like since you dont...
