LA TERRASSE — Restaurant in Le Raincy

I would like to share my experience at this buffet. To say it was bad would be a compliment, the prices are overwhelming for the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere. I waited over 25 minutes for someone to take my order, when they were taking my order the woman did not seem interested at all in giving us a good experience. I went to take some food and it was cold like it was just taken out the fridge, I can almost tell with certitude that it was not fresh, also not tasty at all. I started eating and looked at the window, and saw the recreation of the cartoon ratatouille. There were 5 rats running or just sitting at the terrace. I guess even those rats were scared to enter the restaurant and try the food or they saw the quality of the service and just thought it's not even worth it. The worst thing is that the interior looks like a garden but everything is fake and looks like it got bought straight from temu or some other cheap sites. The price for the buffet is 23 euros but I wouldn't even give 10 for the service and the food. The cutlery was dirty, I got a tea and the cup was dirty. The food looks like it's straight from resident evil, and after seeing everything I can tell for sure the managers don't even care about what's going on inside the restaurant.

I don't think the servants or the chefs are guilty of anything, judging by the amount of people they have to serve its no wonder that everything is this bad. They are understaffed, and it seems that the managers just don't care.

Overall I would describe this experience as one of the worst ones I got while staying in paris. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemies and its a shame I can't give it a...

Ok this is in an airport hotel so other than being hungry and being there I cannot imagine why you would eat here. Having said that, we loved this place. Great salmon and fries, burgers and drinks. A real value in Paris. They had a buffet scheme that looked safe. All items (appetizers, main courses and deserts) were in individual, sealed glass jars (Weck, if you are into canning you might know them, very iconic) that reduce the risk of contamination. Price was 15-18 euros for a main course item with fries and salad. Portions were very generous (You might think you were in the US). Ambiance…. Hmmmmm …. Ok but hey, it is a 2 minute walk from your room. I think you can sit outside which would have been a better choice for us. Try this place with confidence!!!!...

This place is disgusting. Every single dish was dirty. The glasses, the silverware, the plates. No one ever checked on us to see if we needed a drink, so we had to just drink the water on the buffet table. We specifically stopped here because my husband loves shrimp and there were allegedly shrimp on the buffet; he got a small plate of them, but when he went back for seconds, there weren’t any and they said they would not put anymore out for the evening. This place is a huge ripoff.
