Buffalo Grill Touques — Restaurant in Lisieux

We have been to Buffalo Grills before, and the kids like it and thought it was fine so went again. Placed an order and after quite a long while the server came back to check why we didn't have good and apparently mixed up our order. No problem, can happen, and we ordered again and food came later. Only our burgers were cold and rare (very rare and had the flag stating rare) while we ordered medium. Again, mistake that can happen, asked for medium burgers. However, then got the same burgers back that had been stuck in an oven, bun, toppings and all. So I doubt the meat was much better but the bun was extremely hot now and toppings all mushy. This is not ok, not ok to serve a burger like this, and on purpose. Apparently management wasn't very surprised, we didn't pay for the burgers but did for the rest, and 0 apology was given. Joke of a management of this is how you run a place. And yes, I rarely give bad reviews but purposefully bad service without an apology whatsoever is...

We had happy memories of buffalo grill from a previous french holiday but these were ruined by terrible slow service at our recent visit. We were served our free salad and bread but no one asked us for our order for 45 minutes. Our 2 course meal took 2.5 hrs to be served and only when we asked many many times to order main and dessert. We asked for a reduced price and were told just 10% off the price. This was increased to 15% when we complained. We were told it was our fault as we were English and the waitress had found it difficult. This was not true. The waitress did not come to our table , THAT was the problem. When she did come she was friendly and we ordered easily. We are quite able to order food in French in other restaurants in France, we will definitely not be back and would advise other English tourists to...

We went tonight (10/12/23) it said it was open, although all the staff were eating, we ordered a starter and 2 main courses, the wrong starter arrived, the waiter apologized, took it back, then the cook arrived with a mish mash of the wrong starter and the one we ordered, we’d had a hard day and didn’t want to argue, I started to eat a warm chicken drumstick, when I got to the middle it was still frozen, we sent it back, and said we’d just have the mains, my wife ordered a well done cheese burger, it was rare at best, we sent that back, my steak was barely adequate, the chips were dry, like they’d been re heated from earlier, we’ll never go to any Buffalo...
