Tourist trap. Rip off!
My wife and I each ordered the Greek salad for 15.00 e. The salad was very small! A little larger than a small salad in most French restaurants.
The service was average but pleasant. The taste was just average. However, I would be embarrassed to serve such a dish for that price.
A day later, we'd each ordered a salad at a much nicer restaurant for 19 e. It had better ingredients and was 4 times larger than this one!
Overall, very high price for just average quality food, and very small portions. Worst meal we've had during our food pilgrimage through France.

Dear Madam:
We arrived in town late that day, and were hungry and tired. All we wanted to do was grab a nice meal and head back to the hotel so that we could start the next day fresh.
We arrived at about 9 pm and were hesitant to eat at your establishment because all of your customers appeared to have just finished eating / having after dinner drinks, and you appeared to be closing. My wife explained our concerns, that we were not interested in drinking so late at night and that we were only interested in having dinner. To which you smiled disingenuously, hastily grab a menu for us to see, and assured us that it wasn’t a problem. You then proceeded to wedge use into a corner, to the discomfort of the adjacent large table. We ordered your most expensive salad, which happens to be near the high end of your menu items, and roughly 2 or 3 times more expensive than all the other salads… expecting at least a sizable portion and good variety of vegetables. Unfortunately, what you brought us were 2 small side salads with not much ingredients!
You have a menu, which implies that the customer has a choice and can order anything he likes. The quality and portion size should not be affected by what the customer orders, the amount that he orders, or whether the items ordered pleases you or not.
You took advantage us because we were tourists and that it was highly unlikely that we would return. We were upfront with you as to what we wanted, and this was not a misunderstanding as you spoke good English. Had you said this wasn’t the right place for us, we would have gladly looked elsewhere. Instead, you urged us in and assured us that we would have a good meal. What you didn’t count on was an honest review.
Looking back on our food pilgrimage across France, your restaurant clearly stands out as the worst meal we had.
My conclusion that you run a tourist...
Read moreMy fiance and I had a lovely evening here last night on hot summers evening. We had the chardonnay and house white, both were LOVELY and the owners were so helpful in helping us choose what to get. The cheese board was really tasty. Love that this feels away from the main tourist area, if you are looking for a lovely wine bar in honfleur you must come here! We will definitely be returning if we ever visit...
Read moreVery nice place, staff and owner. Also … nice collection of wine on the class. Great for lunch as well as afternoon drinks with a few bites. Good view on the church facade. In a nice street. Especially a good alternative if you are not a fan of touristy restaurants around the old harbour. The owner used to be a sport sphotographer and rugby fan. Some nice examples of his work on the...
