Burger King — Restaurant in Lodève

I ordered from the drive thru with a personalized order without bacon. It’s mentioned on the receipt and I confirmed verbally with the waitress. Anyways I have arrived home and bacon was not removed!! It’s not the first time that this happens so I went back and returned the order as usual only this time I was shocked by the rude manager which blamed me for the wrong order !! A young worker offered me ice-cream and talked to me with a very professional matter while the “manager” is in the kitchen. Finally the “manager” gave me the order without saying anything or even looking at me. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

Update , so I got the second order without bacon but this time with tomato even though it’s marked on the paper !!! What a service and...

Horrible! In Google Maps It said that it's open until 23:00, I arrived at 22:15 after 25 minutes walking with a 13kg backpack!... And I find that it's open only for the guys from Uber eats! I asked for speak with some responsible and explained this to him without success! Bonjour J'ai passé une commande via la plateforme Uber eat chez vous d'un master potato Montagnard ( donc veggie car je ne mange pas de viande), et j'ai reçu à la place un Master montagnard au bœuf. Je me suis plainte au restaurant étant donné que l'erreur venait d'eux, mais ils ont refuser tout geste commercial, remboursement ou de renvoyer la commande. Il est totalement compréhensible de faire une erreur, mais la moindre des choses est de s'excuser ou de faire un geste. Mais il ont fait preuve de manque de professionnalisme. J'ai donc du demander un remboursement directement auprès de la plateforme uber eat. Le problème étant que j'ai pu la payer grâce à une promotion et que je n'ai été remboursé que du montant payé étant de 6€. Le menu que j'ai payé coûtait 13,20€, je ne pouvais donc pas recommandé et me suis retrouvé à devoir me satisfaire de frite au cheddar, qui n'avais d'ailleurs presque pas de cheddar, et d'un coca que j'ai commandé avec glaçon reçu sans glaçon. Quant au menu king jr+ commandé pour mon amie, il n'y avais même pas de sauce...
