Chez Homard — Restaurant in Lorient

They were nice enough to find a table for two on a night where all other restaurants were full. But it was a bad ideia. There was only one cook and a waiter. They looked very stressed and had too much work. The ventilation is not working, you are smelling the burnt fumes from the kitchen and you get out smelling bad. The price-quality was very bad, 55€ for a dourada that they just placed for 20min in the oven and after sprayed a bit of a weird caramel sauce, is in our opinion too much. 26 juillet 2025 : nouvelle carte, nouvelle ambiance ! Une carte toujours aussi sympa avec du goût, des epices, comme on aime et avec des produits locaux !et frais (pas du congel !) Bravo ! Merci C’était hier soir ! On revient à l’essentiel Notre premier restau il y a 6 ans ! 🍽️ Chez Homard à Quiberon, on nous a proposé une cuisine qui marie subtilement les saveurs locales et les inspirations d’ailleurs. Parmi les plats qui éveillent la curiosité, l’effiloché de cochon qui se distingue par son caractère généreux et réconfortant.

Ce plat, souvent proposé dans leur bistrot-bar, il est préparé avec soin à partir de viande de porc lentement cuite, puis effilée pour révéler toute sa tendreté. Il est généralement accompagné de garnitures savoureuses comme des légumes rôtis ou une purée maison, et relevé par une sauce légèrement sucrée ou épicée selon l’inspiration du chef. Le tout s’inscrit dans une carte qui valorise les produits frais et locaux dans une ambiance chaleureuse et pour ce moment de détente gustatif 👍🏼
