Marked this bakery for a visit - I found it in selections and articles as a recommended place to visit. From the photo I expected a larger selection, including unsweetened pastries. Almost all products with Lyon's signature dessert - pink praline. The seller did not listen carefully to the order and instead of 1 brioche put 3, which was discovered after payment. As an apology, I put in 1 more cupcake. The biscuits were hard and incredibly sweet. The brioche was a bit dry.
It's nice, but it's just the two of us, so we had to carry a whole bag of sweets. Not many tables outside, had to wait.

Read moreFour stars because I didn’t get to try everything. When in Lyon, stop by and try for yourself. The places offers it all, and if we weren't on a tight schedule I would have made an effort to try it all. The streets outside are filled with the air of this gem, how can you not want to try everything in the windows. Grab a treat and stroll the cross streets the stone work is wonderful and snap a couple pictures of the shop, because you will miss it once you get back home.
