We had a very bad experience when we were here, the other waitress was very rude, I get it that she wasn’t assigned to our area but her colleague was busy and we were just asking for our food to be taken out, she just gave us the box we were the ones who wrapped our food and when we asked for a paper bag she gave it to us sarcastically, when we said thank you she never replied, I get it that it wasn’t her assigned tables but why is she counting her work? her colleague that was assigned in our area was busy thats why we asked her. My boyfriend and I went there for dinner when visiting Lyon. The location is beautifully decorated and calm compared to most of other restaurants at Westfield. The service was excellent, we had a super friendly and fast waiter who took care of us. The food choice is fresh and healthy (I ate a bowl and my boyfriend a burger) and everything tasted very delicious. My husband and I went there for a lighter dinner tonight. We were so impressed by the staff, Stephane. He was so friendly, cheerful and patient. He took the initiative to assist us with the wifi so that we could read the menu with translation online easily. He also came to check our satisfaction during the meal.
