MOMENTO — Restaurant in Lyon

Stumbled upon this place by chance when we were wondering around the area. We were very surprised about how nice this location was and was intrigued by many of the coffee options listed on their menu. This location is a hybrid café and cocktail bar, including breakfast options from what we could tell. The extremely nice setup included everything you need to prepare coffee at your home. There are several bench style seating areas as well as traditional bar style tables. If you follow the path all the way to the back you will find a terrace in the back of the bar to accompany the terrace in the front. This establishment has one of the best water dispensers I have encountered, which is self served and has presets to fill a glass or a bottle with either sparkling or flat water. If your phone is low on battery, fear not, there are plenty of power outlets with traditional plugs, and USB to keep your devices ready to go.

We had the latte pop corn out of pure curiosity. It was served in an unusual glass, but we actually found it to taste good. A little sweet, but definitely a perfect after dinner drink or a dessert coffee. Looking forward to checking out this location on a weekend night for a cocktail and see how the atmosphere is. Great coffee shop in the heart of La Croix Rousse in Lyon! I've visited several times and the coffee is always excellent. The brunch dishes are both abundant and delicious.
