A great pizzeria walking distance from Gare Lyon Part Dieu! Great casual atmosphere and fantastic service. The pizza is fluffy they bake the dough with 86% hydratation. The price is decent for pizza size and quality of the ingredients. Plus they make it the roman way which is in the pan a little bit like a focaccia. Recommended!

TrÚs belle découverte gustative !

La pĂąte Ă  pizza est croustillante grĂące Ă  un mode de cuisson particulier, qui vous sera expliquĂ© avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme. La garniture est copieuse, savoureuse et de qualitĂ©, nous avons mĂȘme eu droit Ă  une petite dĂ©gustation de scamorza avant cuisson.

Que dire de l'accueil ? Vivant, prévenant, beaucoup de bonne humeur et d'humour, que ce soit pour le gérant ou le pizzaiolo ! Et comme nous voulions une pizza qui allait sortir de la carte et pour laquelle il manquait un ingrédient, nous avons eu droit à une customisation délicieuse au taleggio.

La salle à la décoration atypique a beaucoup de charme.

Nous reviendrons certainement pour tester d'autres pizzas !

PS : mention spéciale pour le flan à la pistache, sucré comme il faut...
