J'ai mangé pas mal de burgers ds ma vie et notamment dans les grandes enseignes. Mais là ,je suis tombé sur une" pépite".
Tout d'abord,ici, tu peux choisir la cuisson de ta viande ( limousine et hachée sur place). Puis le pain, brioché et aérien,il se mari trÚs bien avec les oignons rouge bien doux et les fromages ( Morbier, crÚme de gorgonzola, cheddar, conté). Pour les burgers mes préférés le Corleone et l'Aubrac. Les frites me rappelle celles que ma grand-mÚre faisait ( le vrai bon goût de la pomme de terre). Et les sauces sont toutes fabriquées sur place, moi j'ai un gros faible pour la curry coriandre fraßche.
Parfois je laisse place à un dessert et warlis bro aurait pu ouvrir une pùtisserie car leurs tiramisus et cheesecake sont vraiment délicieux( là aussi fabrication maison)
Apparemment il tient vraiment Ă cĆur Ă la direction d'utiliser des produits locaux ainsi que des produits de haute qualitĂ©.
L'accueil est chaleureux et le wifi vous permettra de passer un moment sur vos mails en dégustant paisiblement votre repas.
Un lieu" rare"!! HonnĂȘtement.que dire de plus, sinon venez vous-mĂȘme vĂ©rifier.
I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life, especially in big stores. But there, I came across a ânuggetâ. First of all, here, you can choose how your meat is cooked (limousinated and ground on site). Then the bread, brioche and airy, goes very well with the sweet red onions and the cheeses (Morbier, gorgonzola cream, cheddar, contĂ©). For burgers my favorites are Corleone and Aubrac. The fries remind me of the ones my grandmother made (the real good taste of potatoes). And the sauces are all made on site, I have a big weakness for fresh coriander curry. Sometimes I leave room for a dessert and Warlis Bro could have opened a pastry shop because their tiramisus and cheesecake are really delicious (also homemade) Apparently it is really important to the management to use local products as well as high quality products. The welcome is warm and the wifi will allow you to spend some time on your emails while peacefully enjoying your meal. A "rare" place!! Honestly, what more can I say, otherwise come and check it...

We took the burgers of the moment, with raclette cheese, bacon veal and patty meat. You can see that the buns were homemade, soft & good. Good homemade fries as well. The business manager is nice.
The place is quite small so if itâs getting busy you will likely not have space, there are some tables outside.
