Sono italiana e sono stata a Lione la settimana scorsa e, per mia fortuna, ho scoperto questo fantastico posto! Il mio ragazzo è celiaco e non abbiamo trovato nessun ristorante in tutta Lione che cucinasse senza glutine e, cosa più importante, senza alcuna contaminazione. È stato davvero stressante, ma come ho detto, per fortuna abbiamo scoperto questa pizzeria che cucina SOLO senza glutine, quindi il rischio della contaminazione non c'è, e posso assolutamente affermare che è l'unico locale a Lione a fare ciò e a trattare la celiachia in quanto tale e non come una semplice intolleranza. Ottimo locale, piccolo e accogliente: il gestore ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e professionalità; i prezzi sono onesti; il servizio ottimo; la pizza era buona e il locale era pulito. Ci siamo sentiti a casa! L'unica cosa che consiglierei è solo a livello estetico, cioè di caratterizzare un po' più il locale. Per il resto, è stato fantastico. Semmai tornassi a Lione, sicuramente tornerei più che volentieri in questa pizzeria! Grazie ancora per la cura e l'attenzione che ponete ogni giorno in questo lavoro.

Sadly not what we hoped it would be. One piece of basil on the entire margarita pizza. Also a long black hair embedded into the dough and cheese that didn’t belong to us. I’ve had many GF pizzas in my time, and maybe this was just the odd one out from their normal standard, but it wasn’t great. Sorry guys!

Very nice and big gluten free pizza. Very tasty and healthy. The entire menu is gluten free including beers. Also good for lactose intolerants as you can substitute for lactose free cheese or goats cheese (or remove cheese off the vegetarian pizza). Very friendly and nice atmosphere.

I have been a celiac for over 10 years, and this is the best gluten-free classic italian pizza I have had. Before I had pizza here, I forgot that pizza crust was supposed to have taste. The crust is flavourful! The pizza toppings are very classic. The calzone is delicious.

After seeing all the great reviews we had to make sure to visit with a Celiac. It didn’t disappoint, great lady serving us was a highlight for our visit she was kind and bubbly. Pizzas were fantastic, delicious, fresh and would absolutely visit again. We had our 6 and 8 year olds along and they loved their Margherita sans gluten pizza (we asked and got without Olives) and we got a La Carne bressola...

Very great place (for celiacs especially). Everything is gluten-free, they even have gluten-free beer. The quality of the pizzas is also incredible, very tasty, great portions, and amazing dough. We were served by a very kind man, who took orders and cooked the food all by himself. The waiting time was a bit long because of that, but still, very impressive. 100%...
