Trattino — Restaurant in Lyon

An amazing concept offering 100% organic meals, sustainably sourced from mostly local areas. This was easily the most delicious meal we had in Lyon, and it felt very affordable for the quality of food.

We started with 'La Mini Planche Découverte', which had a great variety and everything tasted incredibly fresh. All three of us had different gnocchi dishes and each one was delicious. Even the medium-sized portions were really generous. We finished with a 'Thé Gourmand', which was the perfect way to end the meal.

The service was so friendly and welcoming. We were so sad we didn’t have time to go a second time, but we’ll definitely be back one day. I can't say enough good things about this place, it truly...

I have eaten lunch here a few times and really enjoyed it both times. We ate inside with a large group of 15 and they were surprisingly able to seat us right away. I also ate outside. The atmosphere is fun, modern French hipster foodie with an Italian flair and focus. Great focus on locally sourced ingredients and emphasis on sustainability. The staff were very friendly and helpful (even for Americans who struggle to complete a sentence or two in French). Most importantly the food was outstanding. Bravissimo 🌞👌😍🙏 J’ai choisi ce lieu suite aux avis Google, alors voici un juste retour de ce ristorante !

Arrivé devant trattino il y a l’effet « ouahhh bellissimo ! » L’ambiance est digne d’un restaurant sur la Croisette. Décoration DIY avec un mix de guinguette et un côté raffiné auquel s’ajoute un effet « afterwork st tropez » !

Une fois installés, Agathe nous apporte la carte, quelques mots bien choisis et déjà une impression qu’on va passer un bon un bon moment !

Entrée : burrata truffée… incroyable revisite de cet aliment italien, et les saveurs en bouche sont incroyables !

On poursuit avec les gnocchis et là… on sent la pomme de terre ! C’est à des années-lumière de ce que vous pourriez trouver en magasin. Alors oui il y a beaucoup de sauce mais qu’importe, c’est tellement bon et agréable en bouche que je n’ai rien laissé !

Dessert : Le tiramisu ! On ne peut pas passer à côté la première fois qu’on teste un restaurant italien🥰 Et là encore une claque gustative !

Pour finir, on nous offre un limencello incroyable qui sent bon le citron (ayant vécu à menton, je sais de quoi je parle)

Bonus de fin de soirée : nous sommes allés féliciter le patron et il a pris le temps de parler avec nous du concept, l’origine des aliments, la manière de bosser, le process de la cuisine etc…

Je recommande à fond ce restaurant italien qui favorise le local, fait maison, circuit court, qualité des plats et du service :)

Alors pour faire taire les mauvais commentaires, ici c’est pas un fast-food, alors la qualité se paye ;) à 2 avec entrée plat dessert et service 5* + cocktail, on en a eu pour moins de 40€/ personne :)

Encore merci à Agathe pour le service, la cuisine pour cette régalade. Et évidemment tout le personnel qu’on a croisé qui sont dans ce mood du service et avenants ! Ne changez rien, merci à vous 🌞🥰

Ps: même le patron a mis la main à la pâte, un vrai leader et cela se ressent sur l’expérience culinaire que l’on a vécu
