Bodrum City Kebab — Restaurant in Marseille

I recently dined at Bodrum city kebab, hoping to indulge in their renowned lamb dishes. However, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Despite specifically asking for the lamb menu, I was served chicken instead because they didn't had lamb. To add to the frustration, I was charged for the more expensive lamb dish that I never received.

The chicken dish was decent and the portion was very small mixed with rise and bulgur ( the dish costs no more than £5 in Uk but we've been charged 32€). Being charged for the lamb option that I didn't get was an unfortunate oversight that tainted the experience further.

Beyond the ordering mishap, the service lacked attentiveness and understanding when I brought up the issue. The staff seemed unapologetic and failed to address the mistake appropriately, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

In conclusion, my recent visit to Bodrum city kebab left me dissatisfied due to the mix-up in the order and the subsequent handling of the situation by the staff. I had high hopes for an enjoyable evening of indulging in their lamb dishes, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively to improve their service and avoid similar issues in the future.

Service catastrophique. Le sandwich était immangeable ! La viande de kebab était cramé, 90% de la viande présente était du gras, la viande était dure, je l'ai donc signalé en montrant à la serveuse l'état intérieur du sandwich, elle l'a signalé au patron, mais visiblement cela ne l'a pas plus dérangé que ça... Pas de geste commercial, rien de rien, même pas d'excuses !!!!! Et je ne parle pas du mépris et de leur attitude !!!!! Pour terminer j'ai évidemment dû payer le sandwich que je n'ai pas mangé... Les tables étaient sales, collantes, mal nettoyées, un gobelet faisant office de cendrier, la serveuse nous ramène des gobelets avec ses doigts à l'intérieur et j'en passe et des meilleurs. Ah oui, le téléphone de celui qui prépare les assiettes et sandwichs est posé contre les bacs à salades, bravo l'hygiène !!! Je passe les détails sur les pigeons se promenant à l'intérieur du dit "restaurant", qui ont été évacués après plus de 5 minutes... incroyable ! En bref, je précise qu'un signalement a déjà été effectué, la visite s'annonce rude pour cet établissement que je déconseille fortement ! Sans aucun doute le pire endroit où j'ai mangé ces 5 dernières années !!!!! Et avant ces 5 ans, le pire endroit était un street food à l'étranger... c'est dire le niveau. Voilà ce que vous coûte le mépris envers vos clients ! Je me serais peut-être abstenu de certains détails si les conditions avaient été différentes. Bon courage avec les services...

I had the mixed plate, Assiette mixtre, , a mix of four different meats (Köfte and some beef and chicken), fries, salad and rice. The meat was a bit dry and I would have preferred it with more spices and some kind of sauce / "dip", -the service was quick, I had my food within a few minutes from ordering.

Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the guy taking my order was more interested in something else...
