I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a specific drink( hot cappuccino), but the server brought something else(cold cappuccino). When I pointed out the mistake, she argued and insisted it was what I had ordered and then she told me i will change it for you.

However, when she brought the correct drink, she told me I needed to pay the price difference—despite it being her error i paid what she asked for. When i Checked the menu I later realized the extra charge between a hot cappuccino and a cold one was far more than expected(she made me pay the full price for the drink again). After more discussion, she admitted it was her fault but the staff and their supervisor had decided among themselves to charge me for their mistake and pass it off as a “price difference.” This felt dishonest and manipulative. It’s unacceptable to make the customer pay for staff errors, and even worse to try and cover it up.

I won’t be returning and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

On top of that, the salmon sandwich was tasteless, and the cappuccino wasn’t good either. Overall, a terrible experience—poor service, low-quality food and drinks, and shady practices.

SCAM! They wanted us to drink something different than what we ordered. When we refused and asked them to change, they lied to us and said you need to pay a price difference. We paid at first but then realised that the price difference was only 0.2€ but she made us pay for both drinks! Then, they brought back the drinks we didn’t order and said now you can have all the drinks as you paid for them all!! The lady who served us apologised and was kind enough, but we heard her manager telling her not to do anything and just leave us with the drinks we haven’t ordered. This manager is probably the owner, and that’s why this place deserves one star...

I stumbled on this place and grabbed a crossaint and a pain au chocolat. Shared some with my friends and we all went back for more. Everything was delicious.
