An above average hotel restaurant, this place had one of the best Steak Tartare’s I’ve ever had. A very good steak tartare is elusive to achieve let alone a heavenly and sublime one that we were served here. The chef that created this has created a masterpiece. The portion size was ample, initially leading me to think that it was going to be a tasteless mass produced blob of gelatinous poor quality beef beautifully decorated to hide the disappointment which lay within. I was shocked, (and so very wrong), with the first bite and the balance of flavor, freshness and satisfaction which not only lasted through to the very last bite but seemed to get better and better. If for nothing else, eat here if you want the best steak tartare you may ever have. The service was great too, the other dishes flying about seemed very average but the other patrons seemed to be enjoying...

Disaster service. I am at a conference the whole week and went down to have some dinner by myself as i am tired to go somewhere else. They put me in a table that they need to clean up. They take 30min to clean the table and in that time not even a glass of water or even the menu card. After managing to order a simple burger and a cocktail...they take another 30 min to bring me the burger (still no water and no bread) and when I am finishing they bring me the cocktail when I am asking for the bill (the manager tells me it's on the house for the defficient service and then it apears on the bill). Not expecting this kind of disorganization from a restaurant of a 4 star hotel. Not coming back here......

We did have a lot of food family style in the middle of the table, since we were a party of 11. The food was actually quite good, some dishes only medium delicious. But the real shame was the service. We weren't offered any water before the whole party arrived - about half an hour after us. It wasn't properly served, the dishes weren't token away at an appropriate time either. Some left over salad with salmon was in front of us for 1.5 hrs long after we have already finished. We also weren't offered any dessert and café only after we have asked for it. There also were almost no other guests (two more tables...

Others in party liked the food. I ordered a plain hamburger- nothing but meat and bread. Hamburger came out with some kind of sauce. I asked for another one- and they scrapped of the sauce and re-toasted the bun and sent it back out to me. You could still see and taste the sauce. So I said I didn’t want anything at all. They sent out a second burger-raw-see picture. Manager comes out next and argues with me. Basically saying it’s my fault. All I did was order a plain hamburger, well done, nothing on it, just meat and bun. I don’t know how much more clearer I could have been.

4.4/5 for me. Service was regular, beer was very expensive. We really liked the plate (photo), €12 is a good price for such a variety of treats and they were all nice. Interior is a bit inconsistent. We got a baguette but it was really hard to chew. You get still water without additional cost. The treat on the photo and two beers 0.5l each - €33.
