The perfectly chopped vegetables dance in harmonious synchrony, the sauce dressing just enough to tantalize your taste buds without overwhelming, and the chicken – oh, the chicken – it's so juicy, it's like a flavorful party in your mouth.

But be warned, fellow foodies, for once you've tasted the KebAM, your kebab bar will be set sky-high, and those late-night, after-party street kebabs may never hold the same appeal. This kebab is so exceptional that it made me recall a scene from "Once Upon a Time in Mexico," where Johnny Depp plays an agent in Mexico and his aim is to keep the balance in Mexico. After having a great meal he must restore balance and so the culinary brilliance of the chef demands a price, even if it means taking drastic measures to maintain balance.

But wait, the surprise doesn't stop there! We lucked out and had the privilege of witnessing none other than Chef Alexander Mazzia himself, playing the harmonica.

So, to summarize, KebAM has single-handedly elevated my kebab game to heights I never thought possible. No question. Best dinner ever. Not saying this lightly as we have had the great pleasure of eating at multiple Michelin 3 star restaurants, including addresses found on the Conde Naste top 50 in the world, and AM sits a level above. Yes….will travel for food. We went here for a birthday dinner unsure of what to expect. It would be quite easy to walk right past without taking note. The space itself is sparse and unimpressive. If you are looking for super luxury, Mediterranean views or distant vistas, this is not the place. Once seated the team is engaged and in gear. The staff professional and naturally friendly. The kitchen is open and the kitchen team is in full display. There is no yelling or loud clanking and Alexandre directs quietly. What emerges from the kitchen is masterful. Creativity, originality and genius served on a plate. We each had the ‘grand voyage’ which to memory was 7 courses. Each course then divided into various small plates and flavors with matching themed cutlery. A visual feast as well. The meal was an adventure and discovery in itself. Pretty overpriced for what you get. Given that the chefs restaurant has 3 Michelin stars I wanted to try this food truck to see if the restaurant was worth it. The hot-mazz was decent but pretty much just a pretty hot dog. The buna-mazz wasn’t that good, kind of a basic panini and no standout flavor. For the dessert, the beina-mazz was pretty good when you got some small citrusy drops in the bite, otherwise the other sauce was too overpowering, it honestly just tasted like peanut butter.
