Sofrati Restaurant — Restaurant in Marseille

This review had been a long time coming. Went here on our honeymoon last year June and had one of the best restaurant experiences of my life.

We ordered the tasting menue for 2 and wow were we blown away. I am lebanese and even though London might have so many lebanese restaurants not a single place holds a flame to the authenticity of Sofrati.

I am someone who doesn't like to eat my home cusuine out as no one can get it right like my grandmothers cooking but at Sofrati I felt I was eating my grandmother's cooking again. We scraped the sauce from our plates because of hoe good the kibda was!

Had a wonderful dining experience and met the chef after to give our complements. Till now I only have a desire to go back to marsielle to eat there again and I hope to bring my mother next time...

We went many times to have lunch and dinner and it’s absolutely delicious. To the point that we decided to ask them to cater at our wedding. The work they did for it was simply incredible. They made food for 100 people and it was so fresh, super tasty, the quality didn’t change at all. The service was fantastic, and the owner, Richard is a wonderful person. The food is truly authentic Lebanese, full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully presented. The mezze were delicious, the grilled dishes perfectly cooked, and everything tasted homemade with a lot of care.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a cozy décor that makes you feel at home. The staff were super welcoming, kind and friendly .
