The Starbucks at Marseille Saint-Charles was a pleasant pit stop during my travels. The service was impressively fast and professional, with staff who spoke multiple languages and seemed well informed. I appreciated that they accepted all kinds of card payments, which made the whole experience super convenient.
One downside for me was that I couldn't easily find the restroom, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the tables were a little sticky and definitely could have used more regular cleaning—perhaps they were a bit short-staffed that day. Read moreThis store has been slowly declining throughout the years, unfortunately there have been less and less staff, who seem to be bothered by customer’s orders. Initially this was a great Starbucks but now they can’t make every drinks on their own menu. They have a big advertising about the “tiramisu Frappuccino” in front of the store but told me it wasn’t available anymore, this is hugely disappointing and shouldn’t happen.

I was supposed to get 13.70euros but he gave me 13.30euros. 40cents isn't big money but as I'm not European, he might think I wouldn't check the change. When I instantly said you need to give me 40cents more and he didnt apologize at all and said "Go there(pick up place), I will give you the rest." And made me wait. 가지마세요....
