I was skeptical about European people making Japanese food. And surprisingly, it was not too bad. We ordered sushi , fried chicken , salmon teriyaki rice and squid balls. They are not authentic but still acceptable.
However, I was not impressed by the service and staffs , they can be more trained.
First, we arrived before 6pm at the restaurant with a baby stroller. The restaurant was empty at that time. But they gave us a corner table which canât fit our stroller. We requested a new table.
Second, I did not order a menu, everything on the menu is a separate order as a listed above, they didnât want to bring us whatâs ready, they rather warm the food under the heat light instead of serving them fresh. I requested to bring them over because we were in hurry, one girl was about to bring but the second girl said the salmon rice is not ready. Then, I said why donât you bring it to me once ready ? She said ok, I bring to you other food first. But she told me: you know, I would not keep them if they are ready :) !!!!
Oh my god .. she still donât get it. Itâs not a MENU like in McDonald that you need to wait to get burger and Fries at the same time. This is Japanese...

When we first came in the restaurant, the staff âfriendly remindedâ us not to eat the salad we bought from the supermarket. We noticed that another table was served with water. Even we asked for the water, they only gave us 2 glasses for 3 people.
I would describe the sashimi / ramen as fusion instead of real Japanese food. Sashimi is served with HOT rice which is a very unique combination that I havenât seen in elsewhere, even in Japan.
If you are looking for Japanese food, donât try it. However, if you want to taste the fusion, can have a try.
Edit: As you can see from the reply below how rude the restaurant is treating customers. We hand carried the salad when first walking into the restaurant as our bags lacked space. We never ever thought about having the salad in the restaurant and neither did we attempt to do so. It is extremely discriminatory that you have negative assumptions of your costumers. On me lâa catĂ©goriquement refusĂ© car apparemment la PATRONNE aurait interdit aux serveurs dâen donner aux clients pour leur faire acheter exprĂšs des bouteilles dâevian. Je nâai jamais entendu une telle chose de ma vie dans le monde de la restauration !!! Je rappelle que : Lâinclusion de la carafe d'eau dans le prix du repas deÌcoule de l'arreÌteÌ n°25-268 du 8 juin 1967 concernant l'affichage des prix. Le prix du repas comporte obligatoirement le couvert, aÌ savoir le pain, l'eau ordinaire, les eÌpices ou ingreÌdients, la vaisselle, verrerie, serviettes, etc., qui sont usuellement mis aÌ la disposition du client aÌ lâoccasion du repas.
Pour en conclure, je nây remettrais plus un pied, vous pouvez en ĂȘtre certain.
