Vapiano Marseille Terrasses du Port Pasta Pizza Bar — Restaurant in Marseille

Unfortunately we had a pretty poor experience here and I would advise anyone else to try somewhere else if you’re thinking of using this restaurant. We waited approx 5-10 minutes for someone to come over and seat us (signs said WAIT here to be seated), after aimless looks and acknowledgments in our direction. We then were explained you have to order online, which is fine. However, we ordered and the food took about 30 minutes (not really an issue either) but the drinks didn’t come until halfway through our meals? Only 3 of the 6 drinks we ordered arrived too so we had to chase the remaining 3. 2 of us had finished our meals by the time we got all of the drinks. We were also told at this point that one of the drinks wasn’t available any more. Then take it off the menu? Interactions were poor and staff looked extremely ragged, shirts dirty, unironed, messy. The food saved our trip, it was very good, not quite 5* but 4*...

A good and fast Italian resto to dine in with family. Location is top, on the second floor of the mall all the way to the back with spectacular view of Marseille port. Food is ok and service is fast. You will be asked to scan barcode for order and i suggest that you choose pay with credit card instead of paying at store to avoid going to the cashier and queue to pay. Payment with credit card is very much seamless. Do not worry with the status RETIRED once your payment is done, its simply means your order is being prepared. In case of confusion check with reception if payment is already received in the system.

Make sure to enjoy free Basic and Free Rosmary fresh from the pot.

we ordered : Pizza Pepperoni - that look totally different from the menu but never mind Pasta with Cream Sauce and Shrimp Burrata Pizza 1 Bottle of Cola 1 Bottle of Orangina Total...

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional dining experience I had at your restaurant recently. The food was truly delicious, especially the Oreo cheesecake, which was an amazing and generous dessert. Additionally, the price was quite reasonable considering the quality of the food and the impeccable service we received.

I was particularly impressed by the convenience of being able to place orders online and still enjoy attentive table service. This approach made our experience much easier and allowed us to fully enjoy the meal.

In summary, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Marseille to date. I look forward to returning soon and trying more dishes from your wonderful menu.
