COUPOLA — Restaurant in Metz

The food is pretty on instagram but the taste is not there unfortunately. The tables were packed one next to the other, and it was cold inside. We ordered and 10 minutes later we received our food. You can’t prepare 3 dishes in 10 minutes and it was clear they were not fresh when we tasted them. Besides not being fresh the quality was very low, the chicken was full of fat and skin and not actual meat, and the sweet and spice sauce was there only as a colour but no taste. Bon pour commencer le serveur est nonchalant et pas très accueillant. … dommage.

Le service est très rapide par contre. L’ambiance est bonne aussi.

Niveau cuisine nous avons commandé du poulet frit avec mozzarella. Et nous avons reçu des PILONS de poulet frit … ou pas je me le demande … les pilons de pilons de poulet trempés dans une sauce avec de la mozza fondu au dessus.

On ne s’attendait pas à avoir se genre de plat.

Niveau goût… rien d’exceptionnel, très salissant à manger. Je ne vais pas au restaurant pour me salir les mains.

À la fin du repas nous demandons si il est possible de prendre les restes a emporter.

Le serveur nous balance une boîte sur la table et s’en va. Du genre débrouillez vous et barrez vous, BRAVO !!

Bon pour conclure, un restaurant avec du potentiel. Mais extrêmement sur côté. Le restaurant Suxii est juste à côté, ce dernier est excellent. Sinon allez à Feell...
