ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! Do not go there!!! VERY VERY RUDE security(bald guy with a beard) . He didn’t let us go in because My friends were finishing a drink they had brought with them. BUT THEY WERENT EVEN IN THE QUEUE AND JUST MINDING THEIR OWN BUSINESS QUIETLY, and they were not even waiting in front of the bar - TELL ME WHERE IS THE PROBLEM HERE??!!! Shame on me for not believing people who told me to stay away from this place!! And after reading comments about the bar, I see I’m not the only one complaining about the security. You say all your security agents are « professionnels who are continuously trained, i quote «Nous tenons à vous préciser que nos agents sont des professionnels formés continuellement  » yet this is how many customers are being treated?! I recommend you fix this problem ASAP or you will clearly loose...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this club. Upon arriving with my girlfriend, the security guards falsely accused me of urinating in front of the bar. Despite never having been to that area before, the security guard loudly berated me in front of my girlfriend and other patrons, refusing us entry. The security guards were extremely rude and unprofessional.

It was unbelievable how they behaved when I tried to speak English to understand what they were saying. Other people had to translate for me to understand his yelling. The security guards wouldn't speak even the simplest English words.

If you are a foreigner or don't speak French, have self-respect and don't go there. It is totally bad and will be a terrible experience for you, your companions, and anyone else. It really isn't worth...

One of the worst experiences we’ve had in Montpellier. The rest of the staff is very nice but there is one bouncer in particular who is incredibly rude, we witnessed him yelling at people until he got red in the face, and when we exited the bar for some fresh air after they closed the outdoor smoking area, he refused to let us back in after he heard us speaking english. He was incredibly condescending and wouldn’t provide a good reason as to why we couldn’t come back in, despite the fact that the rest of our group was still inside and we had spent a considerable amount of money there already. Don’t waste your time and try other bars in the city, where people are much nicer and their bouncers aren’t on weird...
