Krispy's — Restaurant in Montpellier

I’m sorry it has taken me this long to write a review when I’ve been coming here very consistently for over a year. I have introduced everyone I know to Krispy’s because it’s so damn good. I mean so damn good. I love the spicy burger and tenders! Some weeks it’s out of control and I go there 4 days in one week. What am I saying, that’s not out of control, I wish I could go everyday. Always get the same thing and they know when I walk in, the nicest people working there. This is the only spot in the whole city that I crave and miss when I haven’t had...

Very home made and flavorful. But i have some improvements to suggest:

1- Lemon pepper and garlic parmesan nappage is very salty and oily..

2- Burgers are really great, but the buns are too big for the chicken and very soft they easily break apart, I had to finish it quick 😔buns are thick so I feel I am eating more bread than chicken.. it would be good to toast the buns with light butter and it’s tastier...

Reseña para Crispy’s en Pucón

Pedí en Crispy’s en Pucón con expectativas altas, listo para disfrutar de un festín de pollo, pero lamentablemente la experiencia dejó mucho que desear. Pedí dos platos: el pollo teriyaki y el pollo Crispy’s. Así me fue:

El pollo teriyaki prometía mucho, pero se quedó en una salsa que poco honra el nombre “teriyaki”. Pesada, sin balance, y aunque el pollo estaba bien cocinado, no había más magia en el plato. Era solo pollo y salsa.

Luego, pasé al pollo Crispy’s, clásico estilo frito que debería ser la estrella del lugar. Pero, para mi sorpresa, parecía que el teriyaki era simplemente este pollo pasado por una sartén con esa misma salsa “olvidable”. El apanado del pollo, base de todo, carecía de alma: sin sal, sin pimienta, sin chispa.

Pedí dos salsas para acompañar: una mayo casera y una BBQ. La mayo era insípida, mientras que la BBQ parecía una explosión de azúcar.

En resumen, se nota que Crispy’s tiene potencial, pero hoy el sabor quedó corto. Espero que puedan ajustar sus recetas, porque detrás de esos pollos hay ganas, pero falta sazón y cuidado en los detalles. ¡Ánimo con...
