Le Petit Valentino — Restaurant in Montpellier

Terrible service. Me and my friend had to wait a long time for our table to be cleaned and had to ask for the menu as the waitress was completely dismissing us. It was such a disaster because a homeless drunk man took a chair from our table and sat right next to us while harassing me and my friend and even after we told him to stop he persisted on continuing to sit next to us and was staring at us in a very uncomfortable manner. He harassed me and my friend in front of everyone and the restaurant did nothing about it. We’re both teenage girls and it was nighttime so we were absolutely terrified. Nobody at the restaurant cared and did anything, the waitress laughed and mumbled “c’est pas grave” (it’s not a big deal) when she saw how uncomfortable we were. She could tell how scared we were and couldn’t care less, she was actually annoyed it took us time to order. Yeah, the food was okay but this whole experience was horrific.

If you could imagine your perfect South of France restaurant it will be exactly like Le Petit Valentino. I chose to eat here on a whim because I like the look of the place. A small square by the steps of a church. Had the baked Ravioli with beef. That came with a small salad bread and I treated myself to a bottle of Rosé as I had no plans for the rest of the day. Worst pizza I've ever eaten. The waiter brought me the wrong pizza, with cheap spicy chorizo full of fat. Combined with awful mozzarella made the pizza too heavy to pick it with my hands. My girlfriend ask for a pizza with egg, and they served it completely raw.
