Edit: after last time I gave it a last chance and unfortunately it was a repeat of the bad experience. What a pity, this place was such a gem. 2 years ago both cooking and service were perfect. I will not return.

First: The waiter greeted me in such an unbelievably rude way that it left me seething the whole meal. But the time he acknowledged that he had been rude and started to apologise the meal was almost over and it was too late. Second: same waiter strongly recommended the menu of the day but this was another disappointment. He just briefly mentioned the origin of the meat, asked us which meat we would like, and also rushed us (with hand movement) to hurry up with our order. Honestly at that point we just shouldâve left! Le personnel, s'est avĂ©rĂ© ĂȘtre dĂ©sagrĂ©able, crĂ©ant une atmosphĂšre peu accueillante.Pourtant sympathique au premier rapport, celui ci a prit une tournure particuliĂšrement dĂ©plaisante lorsque nous avons exprimĂ© des hĂ©sitations et de l'incomprĂ©hension lors du choix des viandes et des prix.
La politique de tarification du restaurant, avec un tarif affichĂ© moyen d'environ 15⏠les 100g, pose problĂšme lorsque l'on nous informe que le minimum de consommation est fixĂ© Ă 230g par personne. Lorsque nous avons tentĂ© de commander une portion de viande correspondant Ă cette quantitĂ© minimale, on nous a expliquĂ© que, en raison de la forme spĂ©cifique du morceau, le cuisinier ne pouvait dĂ©couper un morceau infĂ©rieur Ă environ +/- 460g. Cette politique tarifaire rigide, associĂ©e Ă des contraintes de dĂ©coupe arbitraires, a abouti Ă des de la confusion quant aux prix rĂ©els des plats, crĂ©ant une expĂ©rience oĂč la transparence et la flexibilitĂ© semblaient ĂȘtre sacrifiĂ©es au profit d'une rentabilitĂ© maximale.
Les accompagnements, notamment les lĂ©gumes, nÂŽavaient rien d'extraordinaire, n'ajoutant guĂšre Ă l'expĂ©rience culinaire. PrĂšs de 30 minutes aprĂšs avoir finit nos plats, , nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© de demander l'addition dans le but d'accĂ©lĂ©rer le processus . Cependant, mĂȘme aprĂšs cette demande, nous avons dĂ» patienter Ă nouveau avant que notre table ne soit enfin dĂ©barrassĂ©e.
