If the formule Cali brunch cannot be served rapidly, please do not serve the drinks so early. After sipping a whole cup of boisson chaud XL to kill time (otherwise it gets completely cold), I had no appetite anymore, although the food actually tasted good.

I strongly recommend Mister Benchanan, very delicious. The chantilly maison is well made. It would be better if the pecans had kept their crunch.

The boisson froide is disappointing. I was expecting some fruit-based fresh drink, but it turned out to be a can of tricky ingredients.

I don't see the point of putting Bec Me Up and Scrambled Sisters in the same formula. Their actual ingredients are highly repetitive. With eggs cooked in two different ways + radish in two different shapes + two different average bread + exactly the same sesame/herb/sprouted seed in these two plats, it feels like paying for the same...

Food was nice but it’s very strange how limited the menu is by time and day of the week…. No you can’t have a poke bowl dish after midday? This is not available on weekends, that is only at this time etc etc. Since the menu is pretty small anyway and nothing is very hard to make (it is all different versions of similar things) why not just make everything available during all their opening hours? I ordered the Melrose avenue (similar to eggs benedict). It was tiny, not even half of a meal, and at 11 or 12 euro, expensive for what it actually is. You need to order 2 to actually be full. I asked for salmon and received two pieces of salmon the size of my finger, literally (you pay 3 euros extra for this) By comparison, you can easily pay 13 euro for a very copious eggs benedict in Montpellier.
