We made a booking a few days in advance however we arrived to find they didn't have our table reserved. The staff found space for us and put together a random assortment of tables in the corner of the restaurant, slightly inconvenient but ok.
Next, a member of our table couldn't eat anything from the menu due to their mental health issues with food, however a waitress said that they were required to eat in order to stay in the restaurant, with no attempt to make any accommodation for this person. This simply wasn't an option for us and made this person feel very uncomfortable to remain in the restaurant.
With the 6 other members on our table eating and drinking, one would think someone not eating would be an acceptable option however clearly this restaurant only values the monetary value they get from customers over the customers...
