SO YUMMY TRES DÉLICIEUX

This place is amazing. Vegetarian and vegan options! The waiters were so kind and patient with us. My French isn’t great so we communicated in my broken French and I was so appreciative for their attempts at English. The food was SO YUMMY. We (3 of us) got almost everything on the menu today. They offer a three course meal with app, entree, and dessert (you don’t need to get all). The meal of the day is such a great deal for all three though. I’m including photos that do NOT do justice for how incredible this food was. I’m a dessert person so while I loved everything, my favorite was the chocolate dessert, with some of the coconut whip from another one. It’s a very nondescript from door and the inside is cozy and charming....

As a trained and studied vegan chef myself i can nothing but recommend this place. Prices are reasonable, wine choice is excellent, the staff working there has a great vibe, which shows that working conditions are fine there aka food is cooked with fun and love. As menu is changing per week (yay: regional & seasonal food = sustainable consumption) obviously the menu always tastes different and taste is also very subjective. But from the professional point of view it is solid chef´s work, working on balancing different flavours (umami, sweet, sour, bitter etc.) and consistencies, different cuts and methods to prepare the food, always topping with greens, seeds and sauces. We went in to the restaurant and immediately the waiter greeted us with a smile. They could tell by our confused looks at the French menu that we didn't speak the native language so they showed us in very good English how to get the English menu and then corrected us when we didn't pronounce something the correct way. We ordered our food and it came very quickly and everything on the table was cleared in a matter of minutes.The food was delicious, the waiters were very kind and understanding and the atmosphere was relaxed and congenial.
