Apopino — Restaurant in Nice

Delicious food, excellent service, cozy seating on the walled terrace. "Cuisine made with love" is what they say about themselves and it definitely comes through. True to the ingredients, fresh and interesting. The fish of the day (loup) was cooked to perfection - juicy meat and crispy skin, the choice of vegetables complimented the fish well (sweet, cooked baby courgettes and raw tomatoes). The homemade pasta was equally delicious and we were pleasantly surprised that all dishes tasted lighter and more refreshing than they looked - the crab sauce on the pasta was fresh and delicate, the crab on top was chilled. Just perfect for the early days of summer.

Compliments also to the incredibly warm, attentive service. We felt very well cared for, everyone was eager to communicate in English and even German, and understand our mediocre French. Hospitality...

Apopino never disappoints : great taste is enhanced by friendly professional service. Just go ahead for daily suggestions or choose any dish from the menu - you’d be equally delighted. The place itself is modern-classy offering inside and outside seating. Located just few steps from parkings Louvre and Grimaldi it’s a great choice for a lunch or dinner. Les niçois are lucky this restaurant has moved from Grimaud to Nice. I thinks of myself as a “meat” person, but here i eat even the fish skin. And home-made pasta with langoustine is...

We were absolutely blown away with this little cute family run restaurant. The owner is a chef himself (with little Italian touch to the menu) and his wife was serving us. Wonderful selection of wines and very nice menu based on top quality ingredients. We had Vitello tonnato and lobster pasta as a main. The sauce of the main course was so delicious that I wanted to lick the plate 😄 The vibe of the place is very decent and pleasant. We are definitely coming back! Wonderful...
