3rd world feeling bufet
I don't know what happened with this place, bankruptcy or whatever - but instead of a nice restaurant we were welcomed in an empty, dirty bazaar with some random furniture. Two months ago everything seemed fine based on reviews, so something must have happened recently. We weren't sure if we came to the right place but after asking someone, they told us that they moved here from the old spot.
We were so shocked that, we wanted to see what other jokes this 'bufet' has to offer, so we decided to order some food.
The eating experience - drinks arrived in plastic cups and the food arrived in paper take-away containers. We ordered some pasta without meat (we didn't dare to risk food poisoning) but it was terrible.
This restaurant or what is left of it, has probably seen better days, but just consider...

Great service: always serving with a smile, The first day I stumbled upon this restaurant, they said they don't have a place for me (since I didn't do a reservation) but they were so nice about it ( they encourage me to come back, and guess what, I did a reservation and they welcomed me with same energy) .
A total recommendation: try to do a reservation during busy hours and last but not least...
Read moreWow! If you need something to eat before/after going to the nearby Chagall Museum, you really need to stop here for lunch/dinner!!! Although there is outdoor seating, there's a bit of room inside, too. Do not even THINK of having anything other than the superb Pesto Ravioli with Chèvre and Spinach on their regular menu and apparently the house specialty. WOW!!! If Gnocchi alla Sorrentina (only €12) is the Plat du jour, share these 2 dishes with someone. So glad we did! The Tiramisu looked delicious, but didn't have it. ...
