The bar itself has a clean and polished look and a low key dynamic music that enhances the entire cocktail experience. The cocktails I've had: • Delano sour: Vodka sumac infusion, italicus, lemon juice, citrus cordial. • Sakura (Virgin): Lychee juice, lotus white tea syrup, lemon juice. • Riviera Pénicillin: Whisky Monkey Shoulder, coffee & rosemary infused Red Vermouth, lemon juice, agave syrup. • Custom made strawberry mezcal cocktail. All cocktails were delicious, which is usually pretty rare... There are usually some hits and misses. The barman (Théo) is a knowledgeable and interactive barman that understands quality cocktails. I asked for a custom made strawberry and Mezcal cocktail, and Théo just nailed it. It had multiple layers of flavors that just kept evolving while being in your mouth. I often ask for a specific type of cocktail when I'm at bars that offer custom creations, and I rarely get what I expect as an end result. This one was beyond expectations and I just loved it. (Please put it on the menu so other people could enjoy it and call it Théoretical Science). And as a side note; it's really hard to create a really good mocktail worthy of cocktail quality; Sakura is one of those cocktails. If you want a really good mocktail without a flavour compromise, Sakura is that cocktail. Get it. You won't regret it.

A delicious mix and he was the perfect host Our guest was I knowledgeable on cocktails and he offered a fabulous suggestion. So good. A gin with lycee and a local violet flower❤️‍🩹 Overall - amazing

Awesome bartenders Maze and Nicholas who made outstanding cocktails—had fun, energetic personalities. We had such a great time, we ended up coming back later that evening for more drinks!

My girlfriends and I came here Thursday afternoon looking for good, tasty cocktails and we found the place!! Has a nice fancy feel too.
