Try their mouth watering magret or confit, served with perfectly cooked potatoes and of course vegetables, so you don’t feel too guilty indulging! I can’t help myself but to start with their homemade foie gras, one of the very best I’ve had in France. They have that appetizer+entree+dessert menu for 22,90 euros where it’s one of the available starters, best bang for your buck in town. Also, the staff has always given me great and friendly service, almost as if you actually were in a southwestern town. For the 22.9 euro menu, we got -fois gras: this was fairly tasty and probably the highlight of the meal. It was a generous serving too -duck castoulon: this was also good, although quite heavy and a little too salty. I did enjoy the duck though -Creme brûlée: underwhelming. No sign or information about the closing. No message that they can't hold the reservation. This is no customer service. We had to find a new location for our dinner. Lots of lost time. Edit: No, there was no mail or SMS to cancel the booking. No sign with number at the entrance. Not even a sign that it is closed. No note on their website either. Nothing. This reply from the owner is not true. It's no customer service at all to let ppl sit on their reservation without any note about the closing. Sorry....
