Great spot. We went here after needing a break from eating all sorts of local cuisine. I love vietnamese food and this little gem didn’t disappoint. The place is small and not a lot of seating. We came by for lunch and it was full. They recommend making a reservation ahead of time which we did for dinner and got seated outside. We had the nem spring rolls for starters. It was freshly fried and good. The pho tai was delicious though we were hoping for more noodles. The bo bun was good too, very refreshing and filling portion. We also got beer, a glass of wine and tiramisu to go. The tiramisu was not great, it has a lot of cream but not all the flavors you expect. The service was great, they were attentive and happy to help us out in english.

I can understand places in tourist areas are more expensive due to the rent and demand. But feels a bit too much when a small pho is 18€. That’s $29 CAD. Food in Canada is expensive, but this is on another level. Also I thought I ordered spring roll, but it’s a fresh salad roll when it was served. Tastes wise it’s ok, but thought pho in Canada was better. More cuts of meat and more meat. Actually more of everything and cheaper. The fresh roll was 6€ for one full roll. So 2 pho and one salad roll together coated 42€, also they didn’t give us water since we didn’t other drinks. Oh well.

Really nice Vietnamese food that left everyone satisfied. The bo bun was just the right portion, full of fresh ingredients and well rounded flavors. Came with a cup of fish sauce - the stuff that every bowl of bun deserves. The pho tai was fragrant, well stocked with tender beef, and well seasoned with cilantro. Available sriracha and soy sauce allowed us to season it exactly to our taste. The tom bun was also a hit, a beautiful portion of leaves, vermicelli, shrimp, spring rolls, and flavor. For dessert, tapioca pearls with mango was sweetly refreshing though a little small.

Bonsoir.

Coming from the San Francisco Bay Area, we felt so lucky to discover this hidden gem in Southern France. Every dish we ordered was great — from the phở bò (beef noodle soup) and bò bún (stir-fried beef with fried spring rolls and vermicelli) to the bánh cuốn (steamed rice rolls with ground pork and black fungus), gỏi cuốn (fresh spring rolls with pork, shrimp, and herbs), and chả giò (crispy fried spring rolls).

What stood out most were the flavors — truly authentic, just like those you'd find in Hanoi. The beef noodle broth was rich and aromatic, perfectly balanced without the overly sweet notes often found in other Vietnamese restaurants.

This meal surpassed anything we've had at Vietnamese restaurants back home in California. The owner was kind and welcoming. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine Northern...
