Le Fellini — Restaurant in Nice

As soon as we arrived, we felt tension in the service atmosphere. The waiters were running around like madmen, banging dishes on the tables and frowning. I am pregnant and with a 2YO in my arm and the manager who sits the tables told us «he d come « in a moment » and just went around serving water and asking people if their food was good. We had a reservation, and He let us stand there for 15min. Long story short we ate 1h later after being sat down, even though we had a kid, and the waiter had the worst attitude - making us feel at fault for coming and serving bread to tables around us but not us. Just ignoring us basically. We asked for things that never came such as vegetables and a glass of rosé. Worst experience ever. No music no ambiance just stress and bad vibes from the welcoming til the end. Food was ok but will never go back, it’s unfortunate cus my grandparents were really good customers for many years. Just visited again for a quick lunch with friends, but this time really regret to choose this restaurant. Definitely a waste that it has such a beautiful location and view. The service and food were very bad, I remember before was used to be ok.

The worst frite calamari we have ever tried, not tender and no favour, didn't know what kind of batter they used which was super oily.

The waiters and manager had bad attitudes, arrogant speaking and gestures. The manager didn't wear mask at all, pat the "clean" plates on his leg while walking around. Long waiting just for the menu.

We felt sorry to see the restaurant was full of customers, but everyone should deserve better dinning experience.

If you dare not to have a reservation, if you’re lucky, they’ll seat you at the back and you’ll have to try to get the waiters attention. A gentleman seated next to us gave up and left, they were so inattentive but not yet busy as it was early. The food was good but bread, drizzled pizza bread & mains all plonked down on the table at the same time. I would’ve ordered another drink if I could’ve, my husband’s second drink arrived as we left! We did order a takeaway pizza another night and although a light tasty crust, I’m still looking for the marinara as it was just tomato based sauce! Husband said his Titti...
