Pad thai express — Restaurant in Nice

Ho assaggiato per la prima volta il Pad Thai e devo dire che è stata una vera scoperta. Un piatto dal sapore intenso ma equilibrato, con una perfetta combinazione di dolce, salato e piccante che mi ha conquistata al primo boccone. Lo consiglio assolutamente anche a chi, come me, si avvicina per la prima volta a questo tipo di cucina. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e appassionato. Mi ha spiegato la storia del piatto e mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio. Si vede che ci mette il cuore. Consigliato!

J’ai goûté le Pad Thaï pour la toute première fois et ça a été une vraie découverte. Un plat aux saveurs intenses mais bien équilibrées, avec une parfaite combinaison de sucré, salé et épicé qui m’a séduite dès la première bouchée. We absolutely loved PAD Thai Express in Menton! We went there several times during our stay because the food was so delicious. We tried the spring rolls, chicken skewers, and curry, everything was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The food was delicious and felt authentic. The owner of the restaurant was kind enough to help us order vegetarian menu. We were happy with the big portions as well.

To improve: The ambience was quite basic considering the food price and I think they should avoid serving very hot food in plastic containers which is not healthy for the body and also reducing plastic...
