Absolutely incredible gelato — hands down the best I had in all of France! I came here multiple times during my stay in Nice and was consistently blown away. The hazelnut flavour is out of this world — so rich, creamy, and deeply nutty. You’d never guess it’s dairy free!

I was so impressed by the quality of their dairy-free options overall — not an afterthought like in so many places, but truly artisanal and delicious in their own right. Wife, son & I stopped by during a quick overnighter to Nice. My god: lovely, diaphanous violet and lavender flavors (no weird soapiness, which usually ruined the experience when I've tried these flavors elsewhere), glorious rum & raisin (a little sweet for me, but more than redeemed by the exploding flavor of rum), and, so help me, the best damn caramel ice cream I have ever tasted anywhere. I can't remember the proprietor's name, but he was delightfully helpful and so friendly to our son. We would have come back to have ice cream for BREAKFAST if he hadn't needed the day off.
