The kind lady at the counter was incredibly patient and thoughtful. She kindly asked about my preferences and made the whole ordering experience feel effortless. I ordered a customized chocolate ice cream wrapped in a pink cloud of cotton candy, topped with sweet garnishes—it looked magical and tasted just as delightful! The presentation was playful and visually stunning, and I truly appreciated her warm service.

Just incredible!!! I'd been hankering for bubble waffles, so popped in, it was pricey, but gosh sooo totally worth it - we got the box version, you can pick whatever ice cream and as much topping as you'd like - then it's spritzed with gold powder ... So pretty and so delicious ... So when you think about how much you would normally pay for a mediocre dessert, this then doesn't seem pricey at all. Not to mention the actual shop is very funky - like a club...

Absolutely loved Balata! The woman working there was super kind and even stayed overtime just to serve us, such a lovely gesture. The bubble waffles (gaufre) were incredibly tasty, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with perfect toppings(additionally an ice cream). You can really taste the love in every bite. Definitely a MUST TRY spot, amazing food, and such a warm, personal vibe. You won't regret...
