Peixes - Bonaparte — Restaurant in Nice

Had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Throughout the meal, there were flies constantly hovering over our table, and to our disgust, they even landed on the sashimi and started feeding on it.

We immediately brought this to the attention of the staff, but the server was no apology, not able to resolve the issue. We were left sitting there, swatting flies away while watching them eat our food.

After only managing to eat two pieces of sashimi, we gave up and decided to leave, as it was completely unhygienic and frankly revolting. The staff still charged us full price, saying that it's our waste, even though the rest of the food had basically become insect feed.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was unacceptable—unsanitary food, unresponsive staff, and poor customer care. I would not recommend this...

I went to have late lunch and the service was AWFUL. A blonde server was just very very mean and very bad mannered. This ruined the entire lunch for me and for the people I went with, honestly it’s a shame for a restaurant to hire people who act like this. This gives the restaurant such a bad image and honestly I will never return and I will advice people not to go unless they want to be treated poorly and without respect. The restaurant has failed to train their staff, if they even do it, and they clearly don’t care about the overall experience one guest can have. Very poor service received from the waitress inside who seems like a leader to other waiters/ waitresses. My friend and I were originally amazed by the high-end look of inner decor and asked if we could sit inside by the window. The waitress in charge refused and ordered a waiter outside to take us to the furthest table outside with obviously quite rude and impatient gestures. After finishing our average to below average dishes, we walked outside, passing by that same rude waitress who totally ignored our friendly goodbyes without even sparing us a glimpse.
