Avoid at all costs !!

Shocking and unprofessional behaviour from this restaurant including the whole staff and manager . To say that I am in shock and disappointed is an understatement of how I am left feeling over the treatment and abuse myself and my brother got after coming to this restaurant . We were verbally abused in a busy restaurant and physically touched and shouted at over a dish I didn’t enjoy which was tasteless and bland . We were here second night on a holiday we have been to nice multiple times over the years never an issue and always i have looked forward to coming back here . Verbally abused , shocking profanity and high temper from staff over a dish that wasn’t eaten I had two mouthfuls from it and I politely said that I did not want pay for a meal I didn’t eat as it was tasteless and I still had to go and find somewhere to eat . I didn’t eat anything after anyways as my appetite was ruined by the food and the experience we had. The staff came out and I told her politely that the food was not good and told her my dissatisfaction over the food when it was collected nothing was done just ignored walked away . When paying for the bill I was then directed over to the most aggressive and disgusting viscous behaviour of a man I have ever met “the boss” and he told us to pay regardless that we shouldn’t go out to a rest and get food with no money and this is what restaurants do .He then became very aggressive and shouted at me demanded I pay regardless he then asked me what nationally I was from touching my shoulder .I said what has my nationality got to do with a complaint about food I ordered and wasn’t happy with which I didn’t eat can I not complain and express my disappointment? He then proceeded to shout at me in French and I said I’m getting my brother who spoke French as I became very intimidated by this man. My brother came in and he proceeded to shout at him also and said we had to pay regardless of he would call the police . Other staff members came up for involved and told me to “just shut up stop making drama and lay the bill and leave” . Basically being threatened over a €20 dish At the end of ongoing anger and abuse from staff He then told us to F off out of the restaurant in French . . Despicable behaviour of this restaurant so disappointing avoid this place...

I saw the high rates and came… But it is one of the most TERRIBLE restaurants I have ever been. Too disappointed. I mislead by the review totally as they are not real.

We came early but after waiting for around half hour, I finally saw my starter! Salad Nicoise named with their signature looks so cheap 🥲 It seems are using all the rest ingredients of other dishes: messy, cheap tuna can…😖😖

Then I waited for 60mins after starter and could not get my dishes. People around me faced the same situation.

I tried to talk with them and wanted to leave without eating my main course. They ignored me firstly. Then printed my bill in silence and said that “pay it then you can leave” i said it is not fair if I did not eat and pay the main course. Then they suddenly angrily yelling : “Do you want to wait for your dish? or not? Tell me! You must pay all the things” I said It has been one and half hour. I have to go and I can pay my salad. They told me that I must wait or pay main course before leave as the dish is cooking now….

Terrible experience! They did not show any apology during this entire process and very arrogant, angry, impatient. How could this restaurant become sooo popular. I really doubt. No matter the food taste or the people, they are disaster to tourists.

Nice restaurant, large enough to feel good when there are around 20 persons eating here. But I wouldn't come if it's crowded, you have to eat with your neighbors. Beautiful plates, I found the servings quite tiny compared to the other restaurants, but it's a good point if you want to try the full menu and don't like to throw food ! We were two, we had the big plate of local specialties that we could share, very good point !! Being able to share the entrees is really nice ! Then my boyfriend had the raviolis in daube, and for being niçoise, I can tell you they were amazing. I had the traditional farcis, 4 really little farcis (served with mixed salad), each in two or even one bite... little deception, and even more as they were delicious ! Then a creme brulee, I didn't found it special, and he had a nice tiramisu, creamy and tasty. It could be a little expensive if you don't take a full menu (24€ and 29€ if I'm not wrong).

Important note : this is not a "chic" place !! The waiters are friendly, and some may say too much. They like to make innocent jokes, they have theatrical reactions, they touch your shoulder when they talk to you,... they're being nissarts ! This is how we act and react with people.
