Restaurant WOKshop — Restaurant in Nice

Told the server about an allergy to fresh coriander but yet came the dishes with coriander on top. We send them back but saw 2 kitchen cooks picking them out the dish with their 4 hands. We told the waitress it is very important that don't give back the same dish because it can make my wife sick and go to the hospital. When they brought back the dish, we found coriander in the dish. Obviously that mean they returned the same dish even we asked them specifically not to. It is such a disappointment to see a restaurant put people with allergies out the window. My wife didn't eat the dishes at all, she don't trust these people anymore. We had to pay and leave the restaurant quickly because my wife need to get back to hotel ASAP to get her allergy medicine.
