Easiest one star ever. Tourists beware: don't come here unless you want to be treated like trash. It was difficult to be seated. Once seated, people seated after us were attended to first. Completely ignored by waiters, table after us gets their food before they come to even take our order. In the end, after waiting patiently for forever, we try to flag down a waiter. Gets a nod from him and he proceeds to fiddle around ostensibly rearranging some already arranged chairs. Doesn't come for the next 10 minutes at which point we try to flag down another waiter. He comes to our table at some undefined point in the future trying to give us english menus and tries to leave without saying a word, even though we told him we were ready to order. Finally order (success!). Food finally comes but its just one main. The other person waits about another 10 minutes. That's fine, maybe they're backed up. But where's our wine? Wine comes another 10 minutes later. Must've been hard to pour a liquid into a glass. At this point we notice literally everyone else has been given bread except us. Not sure how they forgot given we ordered seafood and cooked mussels. In the end, when we're done eating no one comes to take our food, which is fine, but it is almost impossible to flag down a waiter to get the bill. Was given a head nod from our waiter, but he proceeds to serve other tables for the next 15 minutes, including giving the bill to a party who clearly asked for the bill after us. It is impossible to get any meaningful response from him afterwards, clearly ignoring us when looking directly at me. At this point, I am unprepared to spend the rest of my life here, so I get up to find a waiter to get the bill. I ask him, word for word, "can I get the bill?" and he says, word for word, "no you cannot". I think we can end the story here. I ordered two different dishes, but one of them was incorrect. When I informed the first waiter, he kept explaining the wrong dish rather than fixing the issue. I had to talk to two more staff members before the third finally removed the wrong meal. Meanwhile, I watched other tables, who arrived after me, finish their meals and leave before I received the correct dish.
The worst part happened when it came time to pay. I was given a bill for €35, but when I went to pay using Apple Pay, the staff didn’t show me the card machine before I tapped. After paying, I requested the receipt, only to see that I had been charged €53 instead of €35. The waiter who handled the payment walked away right after handing me the receipt, and I had to wait yet again to get the issue resolved. When they finally returned, they refused to refund the overcharge to my card or cancel the transaction so I could pay the correct amount. They only offered to give me the difference in cash. By this point, I had completely lost trust in the restaurant and asked them to cancel the card transaction so I could pay with another method. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager came out, raised his voice, and questioned my English abilities in a condescending manner (For a little context, I’m Asian but born and raised in English speaking country. So I’m not sure how much better my English needed to be for him to have a convo with me lol)
Not only was the situation handled poorly, but the lack of respect and professionalism was shocking. No one acknowledged their mistake, nor did they apologize it felt like a deliberate scam.

Food - Chilled seafood is good, not particularly impressive though (more a typical tourist choice). The big surprise is the chef's recommendations of the day. Sooooo delicious! We have ordered three and I would dare say each of them is comparable or even better than many fine dining seafood restaurant. Bravo to the cooking team! Service - Honestly I feel it is normal restaurant service and not bad. Waitors are not rude at all! Given the amount of customers in and out, one shouldn't expect that they give treat you with those fake polite greetings and smiles as in some other countries or less busy restaurants. I guess they won't have the patient to wait for someone who needs 15 mins (or more) to decide what they want to eat. The waitor serving us is good.
