Way beyond expectation, the review from the japanese dude is real, Shitaro san made authentic dishes just like the good one you can find in JPs local restaurants.. my taste buds were more than thrilled to be back.
The dressing on the appetizers are both vinegar base but fine turned with different seasoning to stand out from each other. The Aubergine is very smooth and meaty, comes perfectly with a little taste of the ginger.
Carpaccio gambas are very fresh and luscious the flavor has been enhanced with a slight touch of yuzu and shiso ( if I am correct)
The coat on the tempura is really thin and delicate, you don't find it greasy. It's a perfect mix of choice on the ingredients, and the quality is so good that you can feel the nature of them.

The service is also very polite and friendly.
