So'Mets — Restaurant in Nice

I cannot say anything about the food. When we arrived, we were two, I made a complain to how small the table on the terasse were (big good for a kid menu or just a drink) and some table are facing the wall. Them on the menu it is written pasta for 20€ for glutten free with no sauce. That is ridiculous ! We ask for 2 aperitif they did not have. The waitresse ( she say she was the owner) then just say that she did not like my attitude and was very rude toward me. I just stand up with my guest and before leaving, tell her there is no way I will pay for a dinner and give my money to rude people. We did end up on the port of Beaulieu new homer of " Le Fabuleux Destin" eating in a beautifull very good restaurant where the waitresse was kind, smilling very nice and the chef did even propose to make a dessert glutten free just for me. Really wanted to eat here, their menu looks good, but after having my name checked off the reservation list and being sat by the hostess, I waited for over 20 minutes - nobody came over to give me a menu, ask if I wanted water or wine, etc. after sitting for 20 min waiting for even an acknowledgment, I left. The staff was too busy chatting amongst themselves to care - I even walked between two of them to leave and they didn’t say anything. Many other good restaurants are nearby, so I went to the bistro around the corner. The staff were friendly, I had a very good glass of wine in my hand in 5 minutes and am now eating...

The female manager here was very rude to my husband and I on Thursday 24/7/20024 for lunch. This manager wore a white crop top with black pants. We had to set down down his back brace on the chair next to us to sit and eat. This manager made us feel bad, uncomfortable and disregarded his back condition. She kept saying it was very busy and that we can't use the extra chair, yet there were 5-6 tables open the whole time we were there. She had an irritated look with an unfriendly attitude the whole time we were there. I've not been treated so poorly at any restaurants in Beaulieu sur Mer before. We have moved to here since 2022. I hope the owner will read this and immediately train & educate her how to treat everyone politely!!

La gérante ici a été très impolie avec mon mari et moi le jeudi 24/7/20024 pour le déjeuner. Ce manager portait un crop top blanc avec un pantalon noir. Nous avons dû poser son corset sur la chaise à côté de nous pour nous asseoir et manger. Ce manager nous a fait sentir mal, mal à l'aise et n'a pas tenu compte de son état de dos. Elle n'arrêtait pas de dire qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde et que nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la chaise supplémentaire, mais il y avait 5 à 6 tables ouvertes pendant tout notre séjour. Elle avait un regard irrité avec une attitude hostile pendant tout notre séjour. Je n'ai jamais été aussi mal traité dans aucun restaurant de Beaulieu sur Mer auparavant.
