Uncle Kang, amazing homemade noodles !

This is the second time we come there, and we are so happy to have a new homemade noodle restaurant near our house.

We took 2 different noodles, I did pork tripes noodles and my wife did the chef recommended beef, what a treat ! The portion are very nice for something around 10€ or less.

We also had a side of Pigs ears, so juicy, spicy just enough to tickle your throat.( even tho I like Chinese spices I still have a French palate )

The ambiance is nice I wish them to succeed into getting a terrasse, the only think I would comment on is the light ( very white and bright in the dining area compared to to the warm and yellow light in the kitchen ) and maybe try to find some Chinese music as a background would be a nice edition, very low volume, just as a background)

This is one of the very rare homemade noodle that is tasty of the neighborhood !!...

Very nice variety of foods from 米線，肉夾饃 to 扯面, so you will definitely find something you like. The roujiamo was amazing, with the buns being handmade and super flakey and crisp. I loved my biang biang noodle with the classic pork. Pork was melt in your mouth tender.

The lady in charge of FOH was warm and welcoming, making sure we got seated quickly and got our dishes fast. She automatically offered us a carafe d'eau in the cute thermal flasks and checked in with us on how the food was.

It's a small place but really nice with a good price performance ratio.

Such a lovely experience with a new resto in the area. I love the decor and their thermos flask which reminds me of my childhood 🥰. The noodles are tasty, but please eat slowly and chew well. I choked on chili seeds and coughed a lot. The buns are awesome, definitely recommend. Staffs are friendly and helpful, although they forgot about us most of the time but we don’t mind because of their positive attitude. A little minus point: the marinated beef is too salty...
