Best Tofu — Restaurant in Paris

Whaaaat?? I have been visited many countries went to so many China town’s good food spots, but this is most amazing Tofu speciality shop/cafe. Most of Customers are Chinese, without speaking Mandarin or French, you are absolutely lost in translation. They seems fed up serving me.. Leave it service. But I managed to had soup with Tofu topped with mince meats and seaweed, was so smooth and tasty. Best healthy breakfast option in Paris. Soya milk was so Fresh out of this world. I had meat bum as well as lady insisted me to have it, was so nice! I just so happy to find this shop to get Freshly made tofu from heaven you can also take back home! Love love love! Bowl of soup with tofu €1.50plus pork bum was 80cents?? I took away huge potion of tofu still hot made it fresh. Total cost was €4.10!!! Sooooo cheap and well...

I ordered: -Youtiao (dough fritters, usually for dunking in soy milk): 11/10! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, excellent consistency. -Douhua (silken tofu in syrup): 9/10. Tofu was silky and smooth, a real pleasure. Syrup wasn't sweet enough however, I wished for more. -Pork Bao: 6/10. Filling was very tasty but I did not enjoy the bao texture which was rather mushy and grainy. Maybe just a different style from what I'm used to. -Soy milk (sweet): 4/10. This was just meh for me, disappointing. I was expecting a thick and creamy consistency which you will usually find with homemade. It was thin and tasteless.

I will return to try other items like the sesame dough ball and glutinous...

We came early in the morning at their opening time for breakfast. We had heard that the lines can get long so we wanted to go early. We ordered and sat down right away. We got a fried sesame ball, soy milk, fried dough stick and a meat steamed bun.

Everything was really good. The sweet soy milk was WAY TOO SWEET so keep that in mind when asking for the one with sugar. The fried items were all nicely fried. Not overly oily. Very chewy (which is good) and tasted fresh.

The steamed bun was filled with meat. It was very satisfying and for the prices that they offer - everything is worth it
