Bises Nouilles in Paris was a perfect find on a rainy day during my solo trip last year. I was craving a comforting bowl of beef noodle soup, and Bises Nouilles delivered in a big way (literally!). Delicious authentic chinese food! Everything was tasty and rich of umami. The cucumber salad was refreshing and tasty and the dandan noodles with pork were fantastic.
