AsianSoupe — Restaurant in Paris

Came here on Monday evening and had the best bowl of pho ever. Where do I even begin.. perfect noodle texture, rich broth, generous amount of leafy green herbs and rare beef/beef balls, fragrant chilli oil available.. everything was just amazing and I’ll be dreaming about this meal for a long time.

I’m so sad because we wanted to go again today before our flight late tonight but due to the rain we ended up at a different place and the pho was just.. not the same 😭 Now I’ve already used up my pho allowance for today 😭😭

None of the other pho I’ve tried in Paris (over numerous visits) or even Europe compares

Went there for a bowl of pho, was extremely disappointed especially after seeing the rating of this restaurant. The soup itself tasted weird, almost the same taste as instant pho soup packages that you can find in any Asian grocery store. The aftertaste of the soup feels like they have saturated the soup with MSG aswell. Feel free to prove me wrong by sharing pictures of your kitchen. Hoping to see gigantic pots in there.

I also had a papaya salad which was also disappointing considering the price (7.90) and the quantity of it. No clue how they got such...

After the chilling streets of Belleville, this place was a blessing and it sheltered our skin and stomach both. Their nems are awesome and fresh. We also ordered a beef pho and a chicken pho, damn fulfilling and bet you can't finish but again super fresh. Taste is purely Vietnamese. Young and funky staff, warm and welcoming. Cute girl at the counter can speak english quite well and we distracted her to make a small mistake in the bill.
