The encebollado definitely needs a better fish, the one the restaurant uses just kills the savory flavor an Ecuadorian encebollado should have. The establishment had great decor, facilities were very clean. This restaurant is not all Ecuadorian food, they have a Colombian dishes on the menu as well. Service could improve and could be friendlier. Restaurant closes at 3p and reopens later. After walking around I noticed the tables were dressed beautifuly however ours was not; our flatware were brought in a basket...
