Wow, I have never received more rude service in my life. We came in(family of 4 with 2 kids), paid and got a receipt. We were told to seat outside. I took my baby to change him in a restroom and must have dropped the receipt in the process.
We seat down. They give us wrong drinks, we said we didn't order those drinks. Waiter asks for receipt to look at the drinks we ordered. I look for it but it is nowhere to be found. Then waiter doubts we paid at all. Imagine a restaurant that asks for receipt as a proof of pay after you seat down! That's unheard of and they never told us we need to keep the receipt. Well, 2 more employees come to our table and start making accusations. One of them looks me in my face and says:"I don't remember you". We asked if they can look up the order in the system based on credit card #, no, no can do. They yell:"Where is the ticket?!!" in front of my kids and other customers. I ask for a manager and she comes in and yells:"Where is the ticket?!". Geez, so much for a manager who is supposed to look for conflict resolution. Finally, we pull up a bank transaction that shows the restaurant transaction pending and they say:"Oh, ok". No apology. I was shaken up and shocked by the treatment!
You need to be clear that customer needs to keep the damn receipt! Or hire a security guard if you suspect some people sneaking into your restaurant without pay, but do not treat your customers like trash,...

A FREIDN HAD RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE FROM A PAST EXPERIENCE BUT THE RESTAURANT MUST HAVE CHANGED OWNER OR IS FACING TROUBLE... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY PRICE AND BUY A SANDWICH AT A CORNER IN THE JARDIN D´ACCLIMATATION AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.
